1. Early Learning For All (ELFA)
San Francisco's Universal Childcare Program
Fully-Funded Tuition (FREE):
For families earning up to 110% of Area Median Income
Includes all meals and educational activities
No out-of-pocket childcare costs
Tuition Credit (50% OFF):
For families earning 111%-150% of Area Median Income
50% discount on published tuition rates
Significant savings for working families
Requirements:
Must be San Francisco residents
Income verification required
